Klaviyo is seeking a seasoned leader for Global Field Enablement to align enablement with GTM strategy across sales, CS, and partnerships. You will shape the enablement roadmap, drive post-sale adoption, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and RevOps to ensure scalable, AI-enhanced learning and coaching.

Qualifications

10+ years in enablement, L&D, PMM, or related roles spanning at least two customer-facing functions.
5+ years managing and developing high-performing teams across multiple regions.
5+ years in subscription/SaaS with scale experience.

Responsibilities

Own enablement strategy and global operating model across GTM and post-sale lifecycle.
Design and deliver enablement across the full customer lifecycle, including certification and coaching.
Lead product launches and Field Kickoff planning and execution.
Evaluate and adopt AI-driven tools for coaching, content delivery, and productivity.
Build reinforcement and manager coaching systems to ensure sustainable behavior change.
