Syneos Health is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead to independently drive RFP and paid feasibility assessments across indications for sponsor-dedicated programs in the UK, Poland, Spain or US. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders, manage multiple studies, and apply scientific rigor to data-driven site identification.

The role emphasizes English communication, project management, and mentoring, with flexibility around travel and collaboration in a dynamic CRO environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Science with an emphasis in medical research
• Ability to work independently in a virtual and team environment
• Understanding and presenting complex scientific and clinical research data and analysis methodologies
• Knowledge of principles, concepts, practices, and standards in the CRO/Pharma industry
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet research skills
• Excellent English verbal and written communication

Responsabilités

• Works independently with little oversight on RFP and paid feasibility objectives across indications
• Manage multiple assignments concurrently across therapeutic areas
• Identify solutions to non-standard requests and apply knowledge to moderately complex activities
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to review sponsor requirements, protocol, and timelines for RFPs
• Mentoring of junior staff may be required
• Support development of feasibility analysis systems and metrics for RFPs and site identification
