Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead to own vendor and sponsor-driven feasibility assessments across UK, Poland, Spain or US. You will work independently on RFPs and paid feasibility, coordinating with internal teams to align on study strategies and timelines.

Ideal candidates have a science background, strong English communication, and experience presenting complex data. This role requires flexibility and travel to support global feasibility activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level science degree required with ability to interpret complex data.
• Strong independent work skills in virtual and team settings.
• Ability to present complex clinical data and analyses clearly.
• Knowledge of CRO/Pharma industry principles and standards.
• Experience with sales and bid text development is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFP and paid feasibility efforts with minimal oversight.
• Manage multiple feasibility projects across indications and timelines.
• Proactively identify solutions for non-standard requests.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on sponsor requirements and timelines.
• Mentor junior staff when directed by line manager.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on study strategies.
• Develop and maintain records and data for internal libraries.
• Support development of feasibility analysis systems and metrics.
