Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead to support sponsor-dedicated feasibility activities across the UK, Poland, Spain or US. You will independently drive RFP feasibility, coordinate with internal stakeholders, review protocols, and deliver site-level assessments with strong English communication and presentation skills.

The role emphasizes data analysis, literature research, and mentoring within a global team in a dynamic CRO/pharma environment, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Understanding and presenting complex scientific and clinical data.

Responsibilities

• Works independently on RFPs and paid feasibility objectives across indications.
• Manages multiple assignments concurrently across therapeutic areas.
• Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and proposes approaches.
• Interacts with internal stakeholders to review sponsor requirements, protocol, and timelines.
• Maintains records and supports development of feasibility analysis systems.
• Reviews literature to provide background information for studies.
• Prepares material for bid defenses and meetings under supervision.
• Develops metrics to measure impact of feasibility assessments.
