Syneos Health seeks a Sr Global Feasibility Lead for sponsor-dedicated projects across UK, Poland, Spain or US. You will independently drive feasibility assessments, data reviews and align with stakeholders to accelerate study start-up.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, mentor colleagues, and develop metrics to measure feasibility impact while navigating regulatory and regional nuances across countries.

Qualifications

• Ability to independently lead feasibility activities across indications.
• Strong scientific understanding and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver pre-award site feasibility assessments and RFP support.
• Coordinate with sponsors, protocol, and timelines for feasibility work.
• Develop and track metrics to measure feasibility impact and site identification.
