Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. seeks a Sr Global Feasibility Lead to manage sponsor-dedicated feasibility across UK, Poland, Spain or US. You'll independently drive RFPs, assess data needs, and deliver robust feasibility analyses across therapeutic areas.

The role requires strong English communication, data interpretation, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to align study strategies with sponsor requirements. Travel may be necessary in a dynamic global environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Science with emphasis in medical research.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual and team environment.
• Ability to present complex scientific data clearly.
• Understanding and applying CRO/Pharma industry standards.
• Effective sales and bid text development.
• Mentoring and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Works independently with little oversight on RFPs and paid feasibility.
• Manage multiple assignments across therapeutic areas.
• Identify solutions for non-standard requests and apply knowledge to activities.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to review sponsor requirements, protocol, and timelines.
• No project oversight expected; limited mentoring may occur.
• Coordinate work of other team members during multi-study programs.
• Support development of group objectives and achieve business goals.
• Review sponsor requirements, protocol, and timelines for RFPs with Business Units.
