Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead (Sponsor dedicated) to drive pre-award feasibility assessments, manage RFPs, and coordinate with sponsors and internal teams across the US, UK, Poland, and Spain.

You will mentor colleagues, build strong stakeholder relationships, and develop metrics to measure site recruitment impact, leveraging advanced Office tools and data to guide strategy and decision making.

Qualifications

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand and present complex scientific data and analysis methodologies.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and team-oriented skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFP and paid feasibility analyses across indications with minimal oversight.
• Coordinate sponsor requirements, protocol, and timelines with internal stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members during multi-study programs and development of feasibility metrics.
• Develop and maintain metrics to measure impact of feasibility assessments and site identification.
• Maintain comprehensive records and data in internal libraries and systems.
