Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead for sponsor-dedicated programs in the US, UK, Poland, or Spain. You will independently drive feasibility assessments, coordinate with sponsors, BD, and medical directors, and deliver data-backed site selection decisions.

Strong communication and leadership are essential. You will work across multiple indications, manage timelines, mentor staff, and help develop strategic metrics for feasibility and recruitment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to present complex scientific data and analyses clearly.
• Knowledge of CRO/Pharma industry principles and standards.
• Ability to develop bid text and manage multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and data-driven decision making.
• Strong organizational and team-oriented skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Independently manages RFP and paid feasibility assessments across indications.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to review sponsor requirements, protocol, and timelines.
• Develop and present feasibility analyses and site selection decisions.
• Mentor junior staff and support department staff operations as needed.
• Maintain records and improve feasibility analysis systems and metrics.
