Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking an External Manufacturing Sourcing Manager to define sourcing opportunities and align strategies across multiple U.S. locations, including Midland MI and Houston TX, plus Terneuzen and Tarragona.

You will leverage supplier relationships, analyze market conditions, and negotiate to optimize sustained value for Dow. You may lead small projects and mentor colleagues. The role requiresBachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience, at least 5 years in sourcing, and strong

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at/equivalent to U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
