Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in freight forwarding industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate export documentation.
• Coordinate cargo pickup/transfer and monitor status.
• Communicate with export authorities, customers and suppliers across territories.
• Obtain spot rates when necessary.
• Communicate with overseas agents and clients (pre-alerts, rate requests, shipment status).
• Track shipments and update customers/agents of status.
• Create and maintain customer files; create invoices and approve payables.
• Audit files to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure accurate data entry and document upload into the system.
