Qualifications

• 3 years of operations experience and people management.
• Graduate of Iata/Fiata Introductory Course (preferred).
• Dangerous Goods certified (preferred).
• Strong market and product knowledge.
• Effective interpersonal skills, including listening and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain an effective department organization chart for flexibility and growth.
• Prepare, execute, monitor and update the department business plan.
• Monitor and improve key productivity indicators (SPD, RPD, EPD, RPS, revenue/expense).
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Map and optimize department process flow for efficiency and cost control.
• Document SOPs and maintain the SOP database.
• Host daily huddles and end-of-day meetings; build vendor relationships.
