Responsibilities

• Assist Manager and Supervisor with all aspects of the Air Export Department, ensuring timely movement of freight and exceptional customer service.
• Prepare documents for international transportation and coordinate with vendors to procure space and services.
• Ensure accurate billing and timely data entry in the operating system.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors and monitor KPI standards.
• Support in maintaining procedures and compliance with OPS and government regulations.
