Job summary

Expeditors is seeking an Air Export Supervisor in Portland to oversee export operations, coordinate rate negotiations with vendors, and ensure timely, compliant shipment processing. You will mentor a junior team, monitor KPIs, and maintain strong vendor relations while upholding Expeditors’ standards.

Responsibilities include cross-functional coordination, accurate billing, and data entry, with emphasis on compliance and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Two years in logistics or related field preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with customers and vendors.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow for international shipments.
• Prepare documents for international transportation and coordinate rates with vendors.
• Ensure accurate billing and data entry in operating systems.
• Interact with customers to arrange exports and meet service standards.
• Support supervisor with process improvements and KPI tracking.
