Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Manager and Supervisor with all aspects of Air Export operations.
• Ensure smooth and timely freight flow and accurate data entry.
• Coordinate and negotiate space with vendors and carriers.
• Prepare export documentation and ensure compliance.
• Maintain timely client and vendor billing.
• Support KPI tracking and process improvements.
• Build relationships with vendors and customers to optimize service.
