Job summary

Hy-Line International is seeking an International Export & Logistics Specialist to coordinate documentation and movement of day-old chicks and hatching eggs domestically and internationally. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and working with export authorities, customers, and freight forwarders to maintain timely shipments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in international relations, agriculture business or related field; 3–5 years of logistics/export experience.
• Detail oriented with strong documentation and compliance skills.
• Customer service mindset with professional communication.
• Ability to work in a team and manage time to meet shipment deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage documentation for shipment of Hy-Line products domestically and internationally.
• Collaborate with veterinarians for health certificates and supporting documents.
• Maintain compliance with export requirements and communicate with authorities.
• Work with customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders to schedule shipments and improve processes.
• Utilize IT systems and MS Office to support logistics operations.
