Qualifications

• 2-3 years in logistics, transportation or supply chain.
• Experience coordinating containerized freight schedules.
• Experience with trucking companies and drivers.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate-advanced).
• Familiar with ERP systems; NetSuite preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily export transportation from farm locations to port and monitor schedules.
• Serve as primary contact for trucking companies, terminals, dispatchers, and farm personnel to keep shipments on track.
• Coordinate with terminals and steamship lines to resolve equipment and schedule issues.
• Enter final load details in ERP/NetSuite and share with Export Documentation team for Bills of Lading.
• Maintain Bills of Lading documents and shipment records; support documentation workflows.
• Communicate proactively with internal and external partners and escalate risks before shipments are affected.
• Identify opportunities to improve scheduling and logistics processes and contribute to SOPs.
