Job summary

CS Recruiting, a Hirewell company, is seeking an experienced Export Specialist to manage end-to-end international shipments from packing data through documentation, compliance, booking, and release. You will coordinate air and ocean freight, apply HTS/AES/ITN requirements, review Incoterms, and maintain shipment records while communicating with customers and internal teams.

Attention to detail and proactive communication are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of international export experience.
• End-to-end export ownership from packing to release.
• Air and ocean export experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Incoterms.
• Export compliance knowledge including AES/ITN, HTS, denied-party screening.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate air and ocean freight bookings.
• Review packing lists, shipment details, Incoterms and HTS codes.
• Prepare and review shipping documentation including AES/ITN.
• Ensure export filings are completed before freight release.
• Maintain shipment records and communicate status to customers.
