Darling Ingredients is seeking an Export Logistics Planner to efficiently manage international bulk container moves to plants and customer locations, while strategically optimizing inventories and container movements to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires 3+ years in export supply chain, ERP and Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong communication. You will work with freight vendors, audit invoices, and monitor transportation costs to meet company goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years' experience in Export Supply Chain or Logistics.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Note: After hours and weekend coverage occasionally required.

Responsibilities

• Manage export container moves to plant and customer locations.
• Plan transportation routes to meet financial goals.
• Audit and verify freight invoices and charges.
• Negotiate rates with ocean carriers.
• Coordinate with account managers on service issues.
