Job summary

Priority Worldwide is seeking an experienced Export Operations Manager to lead a high-performing export team handling international shipments across air, ocean, and intermodal environments. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced global logistics setting.

You will own end-to-end international export operations, ensure ITAR compliance, coordinate air, ocean, and intermodal movements, monitor KPIs, and maintain strong communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of freight forwarding export operations experience.
• Experience in a team lead or management role.
• Strong knowledge of international air/ocean export processes.
• Hands-on ITAR or regulated cargo experience.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced export environments.
• Strong customer service and problem‑solving skills.
• CargoWise experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support export operations team performance and daily shipment execution.
• Manage end-to-end international export processes from booking through delivery.
• Act as escalation point for complex shipments and service issues.
• Ensure compliance with ITAR and other regulated cargo requirements.
• Coordinate air, ocean, and intermodal export movements.
• Support team development, training, and workflow optimization.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Track operational KPIs and reporting.
