Job summary

Plastic Express is seeking an Export Coordinator to manage efficient delivery logistics through data management and customer communication. You will maintain customer accounts, process shipments, and support export documentation.

This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and experience with ERP or SAP systems. Located in Pasadena, TX, with up to 15% travel and full-time hours.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Three years of customer service experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Enter packaging and receipt information in Plastic Express and/or customer systems.
• Track shipments and communicate with clients about the package's progress.
• Coordinate shipping with clients for shipping and deliveries.
• Deal with quotes from prospective shippers, or tender internally if Plastic Express Drayage can accommodate.
• Assist with claims with management and customers if any shipment problems occur.
• Assist with completing export documentation.
• Assist with carrier and route assignment.
• Assist with computing fees for each shipment.
• Assist with tracking product flow from receipt to shipment to port or end customer.
• Use automated systems to identify shipments, collect data, and register deliveries.
