Job summary

SKF Group in Saint Louis, MO is seeking an Export Logistics Coordinator to support outbound shipments by preparing export documentation and pre-alerts. You will collaborate with customer service, warehouse, distributors and freight forwarders to ensure timely shipping and accurate paperwork.

The role reports to the Outbound Logistics Supervisor at the St Louis factory and requires experience with JD Edwards and export documentation processes.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 2-3 years export documentation experience preferred.
• JD Edwards experience preferred.
• Experience with Warehouse Administration Service System (WASS) is preferred.
• Global Wizard software experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Work in JD Edwards to properly process export orders after completion in the warehouse.
• Create export documentation within the Global Wizard software.
• Send export pre-alert emails with tracking and export documentation to customers for export shipments.
• Communicate with customer service daily about shipment information and JD Edward updates for proper documentation.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and transport carriers for export shipments.
• File export documentation and maintain organized files.
• Track export shipments for customer service.
