Job summary

PSG California is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage export documentation, expedite shipments, and coordinate domestic and international freight. You will liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery for global customers.

Qualifications

• Export shipping documentation experience required.
• Experience coordinating domestic and international shipments.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to use ERP systems and MS Office tools effectively.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of expedites and hot order shipments daily.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure timely production and departure.
• Provide domestic and international freight quotes to CS team.
• File claims for missing or damaged shipments with carriers.
• Assist in executing export processes and generate export paperwork.
