You will coordinate with back-office teams, logistics providers, and Siemens Energy Germany to ensure compliant shipments.

The role requires 2–3 years in international sales/logistics, strong Excel skills (Alteryx/Mendix a plus), and familiarity with SAP.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in international sales, order management, logistics, or related fields.
• Knowledge of US export processes and compliance.
• Experience with SAP.
• Strong Excel skills; knowledge of Alteryx or Mendix a plus.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to prioritize and communicate professionally.

Responsibilities

• Create US export documentation (Customs Invoice, Packing List, Shipper’s Letter of Instructions, Certificate of Origin, etc.).
• Collaborate with back-office functions including supply management, materials management, FAST logistics center, Siemens Energy Germany, SE US Customs and logistics providers.
• Engage with internal SE DE Customs Team to ensure parts can be imported successfully.
• Collect required US Export Documentation (AWB/OBOL, EEI Filing Record) for retention and upload to compliance system.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and improve the US Export process.
