MEPPI is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics & Export Specialist to oversee import/export operations for the Critical Power Solutions Division. This hybrid, full-time role emphasizes compliance with international trade regulations, transportation logistics, and support for domestic and international shipments.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of international and domestic logistics experience, strong documentation skills, and proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of international and domestic logistics, transportation, import/export, or trade compliance experience, or equivalent education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments via air, ocean, rail, and truck carriers.
• Maintain import/export classification data and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Review import documentation and freight invoices for compliance.
• Verify duties, taxes, and transportation costs and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor regulatory changes affecting international trade and update procedures.
