Job summary

Freight Appointments is seeking an Export Coordinator to join our freight forwarding team in Charlotte, NC. You will coordinate international export shipments from booking through departure while ensuring accurate documentation, timely communication, and excellent customer service.

The role requires 3+ years of freight forwarding experience, export knowledge, and proficiency with CargoWise. You will interact with customers, carriers, brokers, and overseas agents to maintain schedules and resolve

Qualifications

• 3+ years of freight forwarding experience required.
• Export experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of international shipping, Incoterms, and export documentation.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
