Job summary

Responsibilities

• Answer emails from internal teams regarding export bookings and documentation.
• Chase bookings with no activity or missing details to approve cargo.
• Coordinate solutions to documentation issues for customers.
• Release original bills of lading and express release for cash customers.
• Collect documents needed for hazardous approval and resolve discrepancies.
• Create and modify export bookings for special cargo.
• Research problems and perform root cause analysis for permanent fixes.
• Actively pursue personal development with coaching feedback.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
