Gage Talent Solutions is seeking an Export Coordinator/Customer Service Representative to support international freight operations and deliver outstanding customer service. This temp-to-hire role will manage bookings, process end-to-end transport orders, and assist a defined set of clients within a collaborative team.

Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years of freight/logistics experience and solid customer service skills, with intermediate MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of freight/logistics experience preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Handle international freight bookings from start to finish (reservations).
• Process transport orders from request through invoicing (A-Z).
• Support a defined group of clients within a larger team.
• Monitor shipment files to ensure profitability.
• Issue shipment documents (BLs, COs, certificates, etc.).
• Maintain communication with customers and partners worldwide on shipment statuses.
