Job summary

UPS seeks an Export Coordinator to manage international air export shipments, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely operations within a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes accurate documentation, rate accuracy, and proactive communication with customers and internal teams.

The successful candidate will coordinate daily export activities, verify export compliance, and utilize ERP/logistics systems while maintaining strong attention to detail and a high level of service integrity

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in export freight forwarding or logistics coordination.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and other logistics systems.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of air export shipments.
• Ensure bookings and rates are current and accurate.
• Monitor outbound shipments from origin to destination with timely updates.
• Coordinate AES filings in compliance with export regulations.
• Maintain shipment data in systems and communicate with stakeholders.
