Job summary

Affirm is seeking a senior leader to own the strategy of the servicing operating model for global expansion. You’ll guide Customer Operations across products, geographies, and channels, building repeatable playbooks and governance across regions.

You will lead a team of program and process managers, partnering with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Risk to drive improvements in service delivery for international customers.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years leading teams and/or managing other managers or senior professionals.
• Experience building and scaling global customer experience operations and working in global environments across cultures and geographies.
• Deep program and process management expertise (PMP and/or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt a plus).

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for how Customer Operations scales to support global expansion.
• Establish and modify operational objectives, policies, and work plans across regions.
• Lead and develop a multi-discipline team and ensure effective execution.
• Drive large-scale, cross-area programs for operations across markets and channels.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Risk, Training, and Service Delivery leads to run cross-functional discovery.
