Job summary

Affirm is seeking a senior leader to own the strategy of the servicing operating model for global expansion. You will lead a team across program management and service delivery, working with product, engineering, analytics, and risk to drive scalable, repeatable processes.

The role emphasizes building standards, playbooks, and governance to enable international growth and improved customer operations across markets.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience with 5+ years of people leadership
• Experience building and scaling global customer experience operations
• Deep program and process management expertise with defined standards
• Cross‑disciplinary knowledge of customer care, fraud, or merchant operations
• Experience delivering programs across multiple geographies strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for Customer Operations to support global expansion
• Lead and develop a multi-discipline team across regions
• Drive large-scale programs for operations, including geo launches and new-product scaling
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Risk, Training, Knowledge, and Service Delivery
• Govern portfolio activities and report on performance and decisions
