Affirm is seeking an accomplished leader to own the strategy of its servicing operating model on a global scale. You will shape how Customer Operations expands across products, geographies, and channels, directing a team of program and process managers and partnering with product, engineering, and analytics to drive continuous improvement in service delivery for international customers.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years leading teams and/or managing other managers or senior professionals.
• Experience building and scaling global customer experience operations and working in global environments across cultures and geographies.
• Deep program and process management expertise (PMP and/or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt a plus).
• Broad cross-disciplinary knowledge of customer care, fraud, and merchant operations and metrics.

Aufgaben

• Own the strategy and roadmap for how Customer Operations scales to support global expansion across products, geographies, and channels.
• Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team; oversee planning, execution, and governance across regions.
• Drive large-scale cross-area programs, including launches, automation, and new-product scaling.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Risk, Training, Knowledge, and Service Delivery to manage the full program lifecycle.
• Build alignment with senior leaders; manage risks, issues, and dependencies with transparent reporting.
• Represent global servicing needs and champion a data-driven culture across teams.
