Job summary

Affirm is a remote-first fintech leader seeking a senior leader to own the global Customer Operations strategy. You will guide expansion across products, partners, geographies, and channels, building playbooks and leading multiple disciplines to scale service delivery for international customers.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Risk, Training and Knowledge to drive data-driven improvements, governance, and localization across markets.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Global customer operations experience across geographies.
• PMP and/or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt a plus.
• Strong cross-functional influence and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and roadmap for Customer Operations scale to support global expansion.
• Define team objectives, policies, and success criteria across regions.
• Lead and develop multi-disciplinary teams; delegate and execute.
• Drive large-scale cross-area programs (geo launches, new products) with scope, budget, risk.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Risk, Training and Service Delivery.
• Build alignment across senior leaders and sponsor decisions.
• Govern portfolio governance and quarterly reviews for transparency.
• Own post-launch performance and localization for international ops.
• Represent operations on broader company initiatives.
• Champion data-driven culture and continuous improvement.
