Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to join a growing Talent Acquisition team.

This individual will serve as the organization's executive recruiting subject matter expert, leading full-cycle recruiting efforts for Director, Vice President, and other senior leadership positions internationally across three business divisions: Hose Clamps Division, Connectors Division, Straps Division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting with manufacturing/industrial focus.
• Experience recruiting Director/VP level and senior leadership.
• 3+ years of international hiring.
• Independent, consultative recruiting with strong business partnering.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruitment for executive, leadership, and professional roles.
• Lead executive searches for Director, VP, and senior leadership across multiple divisions.
• Develop customized search strategies with hiring leaders.
• Conduct talent mapping, market research, and pipeline development.
• Source candidates via direct outreach, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and events.
• Evaluate candidates with behavioral and executive-level assessments.
• Present qualified candidates and advise on compensation and risks.
• Build leadership talent pipelines for future growth.
