Job summary

Pfizer is seeking an Executive Recruiting Lead to establish executive recruiting globally – typically VP level and above – and to partner with ELT, HR and external search firms to strengthen leadership bench strength. You will run end-to-end searches, design search strategies, source directly and via partners, govern candidate experience, and guide offer composition with Total Rewards and Legal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; 12+ years in talent acquisition with executive search.
• Strong understanding of executive hiring, labor markets, and global comp frameworks.
• Experience managing external search firm relationships, including contracts.
• Proven people leadership in a large, matrixed enterprise.
• Pharma/biotech experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end executive searches for VP-level roles and above.
• Develop search strategies and candidate sourcing plans.
• Manage internal and external search partners and contracts.
• Design structured senior-level selection processes.
• Own candidate experience at executive level.
• Partner with Total Rewards and Legal on comp and non-competes.
• Develop proactive executive talent mapping and succession planning.
• Monitor competitor talent movements and market benchmarks.
