Job summary

CapstoneONE Search seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Leader to drive full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will partner with hiring managers to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent across functions, with emphasis on staff-level and operations roles.

Lead sourcing strategies, build strong candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining compliance and delivering measurable recruiting results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a high-volume environment.
• Experience using ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for high-demand roles.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels: job boards, networking, referrals, direct outreach.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and pipeline activity.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
• Participate in workforce planning and continuous improvement within talent acquisition.

• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for high-demand and hard-to-fill roles
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Track and report on recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and pipeline activity
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts
• Maintain compliance with all applicable employment laws and internal policies
• Participate in workforce planning and continuous improvement initiatives within the talent acquisition function
