Job summary

The Stanford Engineering Center for Global & Online Education (CGOE) seeks a positive, highly motivated Program Manager, Custom and Executive Programs to manage the delivery of custom and executive programs to a global audience. You will interact with Stanford faculty, global clients, and participants, coordinating with vendors and service providers to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

This is a 2-year fixed term position with a hybrid work arrangement requiring a minimum of 3 days/week on

Responsibilities

• Support the management, planning, and execution of professional education offerings (online, in-person, or blended).
• Work with team members to implement project plans and share responsibilities.
• Provide ongoing program support and address learner inquiries and client expectations.
• Lead and plan meetings, monitor budgets, and review program evaluations.
• Coordinate with senior program managers to handle communications with faculty, stakeholders, clients and participants.
• Collaborate with catering, student services, finance, and instructional technology teams for program delivery.
• Assist in developing materials that support the product/program and plan on-campus events.
• Occasionally work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and travel to support events.
• Develop strategies for product/program development, delivery, and marketing.
