Job summary

Stanford University’s Center for Global & Online Education (CGOE), part of Stanford Engineering, seeks a positive, highly motivated Program Developer to join our Custom and Executive Education team.

Our team designs and delivers roughly 30-35 custom executive education programs each year for global corporate and government clients, bringing Stanford faculty expertise to leaders around the world in live virtual, online asynchronous, in-person, and blended formats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience or a combination of education and relevant experience.
• Experience with managing products/programs.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of various marketing elements (pricing, audience, channels, communication).
• Ability to work independently to meet deadlines and schedules.
• Demonstrated ability to understand the target audience lifecycle and convert leads into new business.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute product/ program plan definition and rollout schedule with internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute a marketing plan and revise as needed to meet goals.
• Implement conversion strategy to meet product/program goals.
• Deliver an experience that leads to high customer satisfaction and advocacy.
• Conduct analysis and make recommendations regarding program or product direction.
• Participate in efforts to improve processes, programs and business across the department.
• Coordinate with vendors and consultants on specific programs.
