Job summary

Stanford Graduate School of Business (GSB) Executive Education is seeking an Associate Director of Programs to lead open enrollment and custom programs, collaborating with faculty and corporate clients to design and deliver high-impact executive education experiences.

This full-time on-site role supports program operations, budget oversight, and curriculum innovation, with a hybrid schedule (at least two days on campus). Occasional non-standard hours may apply to meet program needs.

Qualifications

  • Lead planning and operations for multiple high-touch on-campus and blended (on-campus/online) open enrollment and custom programs.
  • Independently implement, administer, and evaluate day-to-day activities of the program by identifying and executing tasks and objectives, making recommendations that impact policies and programs, and assigning resources to achieve the goals of the program.
  • Support senior Stanford faculty to redesign programs based on corporate client needs, market opportunities, faculty research, and Stanford differentiation.
  • Manage and contribute to the development of an outreach strategy that may include participant and custom client relationship development and communications.
  • May develop and/or oversee budgets; manage finances, including monitoring, analyzing, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Assess training needs and may develop associated training.
  • Strong relevant subject matter knowledge.
