Stanford's Graduate School of Business (GSB) Executive Education seeks an Associate Director of Programs to lead the planning and operations for open enrollment and custom programs, collaborating with faculty and corporate partners.

This full-time on-site role in a hybrid setting (at least 2 days/week) involves budget oversight, market insights, and program design to attract high-quality participants and build strong cohorts; reporting to a Director in GSB Executive Education.

Qualifications

  • Lead the planning and operations for multiple high-touch on-campus and blended (on-campus/online) open enrollment and custom programs.
  • Independently implement, administer, and evaluate day-to-day activities of the program by identifying and executing tasks and objectives, making recommendations that impact policies and programs, and assigning resources to achieve the goals of the program.
  • Support senior Stanford faculty to redesign programs based on corporate client needs, market opportunities, faculty research, and Stanford differentiation.
  • Manage and contribute to the development of an outreach strategy that may include participant and custom client relationship development and communications.
  • May develop and/or oversee budgets; manage finances, including monitoring, analyzing, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Assess training needs and may develop associated training.
  • Strong relevant subject matter knowledge.
