Job summary

Stanford Engineering seeks a positive, motivated Program Developer to join the Center for Global & Online Education. You will partner with faculty and corporate clients to design and deliver high-impact executive education programs across live virtual, online, in-person, and blended formats.

You will collaborate with Program Managers and Events Managers to ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and client satisfaction while navigating multiple time zones and high expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing programs or products in education or corporate settings.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-impact executive education programs across delivery modes.
• Partner with Stanford faculty and corporate clients to design programs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet client learning goals.
• Communicate with stakeholders throughout program development and delivery.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple tasks across time zones.
• Occasionally work early mornings, evenings, and weekends for live events.
• Occasionally travel to support on-campus and off-site events.
