Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years IT project management experience.
• 7+ years leading enterprise ERP implementations.
• Experience managing projects > $1M.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation and transformation programs across multiple sites and regions.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and governance documents.
• Manage multiple concurrent ERP projects across business units and geographies.
• Establish governance, steering committees, status reporting, and executive dashboards.
