Smithsgroup2 is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex ERP transformation programs in manufacturing or industrial environments. You will drive end-to-end ERP initiatives across SAP, Epicor, and Infor Syteline, coordinating finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and procurement teams.

The role requires deep ERP program experience, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of multi-site deployments and data migrations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
10+ years of IT Project Management experience.
7+ years leading enterprise ERP implementations.
Experience managing projects exceeding $1MM.
Proven success delivering global ERP programs.
Experience managing cross-functional teams of 25-100+ members.
Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
Experience with project management tools like MS Project/Clarity.

Responsabilités

Lead end-to-end ERP implementation and transformation programs.
Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and governance documentation.
Manage multiple concurrent projects across business units and geographic regions.
Establish project governance, steering committees, status reporting, and executive dashboards.
Drive issue resolution and decision‑making with senior leadership.
