Job summary

Smiths Group seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead enterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, acquisitions, divestitures, and digital transformation initiatives across global business operations. The role requires strong leadership, vendor management, and executive communication to deliver large-scale programs using SAP, Epicor/Kinetic, and Infor CSI.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
10+ years of IT Project Management experience.
7+ years leading enterprise ERP implementations.
Proven success delivering global ERP programs.
Experience managing cross-functional teams of 25–100+ members.
Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
Experience with Microsoft Project, Clarity, or similar project management tools.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end ERP implementation and transformation programs.
Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and governance documentation.
Manage multiple concurrent projects across business units and geographic regions.
Establish project governance, steering committees, status reporting, and executive dashboards.
Drive issue resolution and decision-making with senior leadership.
