Job summary

Smiths Group seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead global ERP implementations and digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing and industrial operations. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex programs involving SAP, Epicor, and Infor Syteline, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with clear governance.

The role requires strong leadership, vendor management, and executive communication skills, with experience in acquisitions, divestitures, ERP

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years IT Project Management experience.
7+ years leading enterprise ERP implementations.
Proven success delivering global ERP programs.
Experience managing cross-functional teams of 25–100+ members.
Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
Experience with Microsoft Project, Clarity, or similar project management tools.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end ERP implementation and transformation programs.
Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and governance documentation.
Manage multiple concurrent projects across business units and geographic regions.
Establish project governance, steering committees, status reporting, and executive dashboards.
Drive issue resolution and decision-making with senior leadership.
