Job summary

Smithsgroup2 seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex ERP transformation programs in manufacturing environments. You will drive end-to-end ERP initiatives, including acquisitions, divestitures, consolidations, and modernization efforts.

We value deep ERP product knowledge (SAP, Epicor, Syteline), strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to manage multi-site rollouts and global data migrations. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT project management experience with ERP programs.
• Proven success delivering global ERP transformations and acquisitions/divestitures.
• Experience leading multi-site ERP rollouts and data migrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation and transformation programs.
• Develop integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, and governance docs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across geographies and business units.
• Establish steering committees, dashboards, RAID logs, and reporting.
• Drive issue resolution with senior leadership.
