Job summary

Smiths Group is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead enterprise ERP initiatives, including SAP, Epicor (Kinetic), and Infor CSI, across global operations. You will drive end-to-end ERP programs, align cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.

The role requires deep ERP program experience in manufacturing or industrial settings, strong stakeholder management, and executive communication skills. Based in Temple, GA with global reach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• 7+ years leading enterprise ERP implementations.
• Proven success delivering global ERP programs.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams of 25–100+ members.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Experience with project tools such as MS Project or Clarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation and transformation programs across global operations.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, and governance documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement and more.
• Establish governance structures, steering committees and executive dashboards.
• Deliver projects on scope, schedule, and budget with effective risk management.
