Job summary

Smiths Group in Greenville, NC, seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead enterprise ERP initiatives across global operations. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and drive complex SAP, Epicor (Kinetic), and Infor CSI programs from initiation through delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, vendor management, and the ability to deliver large-scale technology programs on time, within scope, and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related.
• 10+ years IT Project Management experience.
• 7+ years leading enterprise ERP implementations.
• Proven success delivering global ERP programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams of 25–100+ members.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Clarity, or similar PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation and transformation programs.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and governance documentation.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects across business units and geographic regions.
• Establish project governance, steering committees, status reporting, and executive dashboards.
• Drive issue resolution and decision-making with senior leadership.
