Job summary

Smiths Group, based in Temple, GA, is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead ERP implementations, upgrades, and digital transformations across global operations. The role requires deep knowledge of SAP, Epicor (Kinetic), or Syteline (Infor CSI) and strong stakeholder management.

The ideal candidate will manage complex programs, coordinate IT and business teams, and deliver projects within scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• 7+ years leading enterprise ERP implementations.
• Proven success delivering global ERP programs.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams of 25-100+ members.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Clarity, or similar project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation and transformation programs.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and governance documentation.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects across business units and geographic regions.
• Establish project governance, steering committees, status reporting, and executive dashboards.
• Drive issue resolution and decision-making with senior leadership.
