Job summary
Smithsgroup2 is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex ERP transformations across manufacturing environments. You will own end-to-end programs involving SAP, Epicor, or Syteline, and collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and IT teams.
The role requires strong stakeholder management, global delivery experience, and a track record of delivering projects over $1M. You will drive governance, risk management, and data migration activities to ensure Day 1 readiness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years IT project management experience.
- 7+ years leading enterprise ERP implementations.
- Experience managing projects over $1MM.
- Proven success delivering global ERP programs.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 25–100+.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies.
- Experience with MS Project, Clarity or similar PM tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementations and transformations.
- Develop integrated project plans, schedules and budgets.
- Governance, steering committees, dashboards and reporting.
- Coordinate multi-site ERP initiatives across regions.
