Vialto Partners seeks a Senior Manager, Global Equity & Reward to drive innovative equity compensation solutions for multinational clients. You will manage global share plans from design to compliance, coordinating with HR, Finance, Payroll, and Tax across regions.

As part of a global hub, you’ll influence governance, provide leadership to junior staff, and help deliver data-driven dashboards. This hybrid, US-based role offers strong career growth and stakes in global mobility services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in equity compensation, global reward, or related field.
• Experience managing multi-country share plan rollouts and compliance processes.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with equity administration platforms and integrations.
• Professional credential preferred (CEP, CPA/CA, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional Coordination with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Tax teams to implement processes for equity administration, reporting, and compliance across jurisdictions.
• Client Delivery & Relationship Management: manage timelines, deliverables, and quality standards while building trusted relationships.
• Compliance & Risk Oversight: establish governance frameworks, maintain documentation, and coordinate year-end reporting for equity programs globally.
• Equity Program Management: design and rollout of global equity plans, aligning with market practices and client objectives.
• Team Development: mentor junior team members, review work for accuracy, and foster an inclusive culture.
• Insights & Analytics: support dashboards and reporting to track participation, compliance, and market trends.
